5 ways HIGH FIDELITY helped me through my breakup.

High fidelity has to be one of the best movies to watch while going through a breakup.  Whether you're the asshole or your ex is, you should be able to leave the movie with your own list of five.

1. Lisa Bonet's rendition of "Baby I love your way" had me feeling like I could be the one who leaves the film unaffected and thriving, ready to venture into my own world of madness, sadness and power without that pesky cling to a dude.

 2. The real and the imaginary, the fantasies that are kept that are small and meaningless yet prevent the desire to commit... is explained very well in this scene and allowed me to remember that with all the gadgets, facebooks and internety ways to feel out other options, well, it allowed me to remember that I am not to blame if I find myself in a situation where I am second to a person who does not exist.

3. And then I was like... JACK BLACK, i luv you?

 4. This quote:
If you really wanted to screw me up, you should’ve gotten to me earlier.
Rob

 5. And finally, De Salle's wise words that remind me that I wont be alone forever.
